 Just because you work out at home doesn't mean it's not fun and more importantly effective. Being consistent is key, also change it up so the boring workout doesn't set in.

It's never too late to start a beginning workout. How about working out with your parents? What a sweet idea and a blessing for those able to do that. This total body work out gets all the right places with low impact. Why not right?
