Many people are learning that you don't need hours in the gym anymore, unless of course you are an athlete training for competition. If all you want is to shed some extra pounds or just keep the body toned, it seems less is best. As we age our endurance slows down so keeping our workouts 30 minutes or less does the body good. Find the workout which fits you best whether it's yoga, dance, kick boxing, or whatever your in the mood for that day and have fun with it. We all have 10 minutes so get moving!
