We all need to make sure our core stays as strong as possible, it helps the entire body. If you don't have a stability ball many of these can be done just on the floor. Engaging and strengthening your pectoral muscles helps the whole foundation. Start slow until you're able to achieve your goal. You most definitely will feel it!
