I know many people, men and women, battle with back fat. What many don't understand is how to actually work ALL the muscles around this area to see results. Deanna Dorman from Paleo Hacks writes a great article explaining how to specifically target this area. You really don't need any fancy equipment. Grab some water bottles or canned food for weights if you don't have any and give it a try. You will definitely see and feel the difference in that entire area if you're consistent.
