Sometimes you just don't feel like sitting on the floor for ab work. I always love changing workouts up that way I don't get bored doing the same ones over and over. I happen to enjoy this one, even a better perk, you really feel them all. Remember to incorporate a healthy diet along with exercise to see results. We all have 15 min for ourselves, get going!
